A very tired hotel in need of a huge facelift. Slow service and horrible food in the restaurant. How it gets a five star rating is inexplicable.

We do not feel that it was a 4 star. Rated around a 3 star to 3 star +. The hotel was very tired & needed some t.l.c. Facilities were clean and the service was fantastic. Good pool and pool bar. Would recommend a Garden Villa as the Ocean view room we booked was not good. We were upgraded to a Garden Villa as they were not full and this made for a pleasant vacation. If you are looking for something extra in a hotel try one of the other 5 star hotel i.e Melia Bali. The difference is noticeable. Just keep your expectations realistic.

Hotel is looking tired, but rooms are comfortable, service from staff is excellent, & food very good. Great location.

We stayed at the Inna Putri Bali hotel for 3 weeks, and we had a great time in Bali. The hotel had a perfect location. The service and the staff at the hotel was very good. We are already planing on going back next year,(September 09) :-), so we hope that we will find the Inna Putri Bali Hotel on the web pages for [website] again, cause it`s not listed now:-( .
