I loved the Inn at Queen Ann so much that I was very sad to leave my room in the morning and happy to come back at night. The rooms are very basic but very, very comfortable and very, very, very clean. I am very particular when it comes to cleanliness and the Queen Ann met and exceeded my standards. The rooms have a kitchenette that comes in handy, and there's a 24-hour nice supermarket one block away. The building is very old. It looks nice but it's by no means fancy. The location is very close to some of the most famous sights in Seattle, such as the Space Needle and Kerry Park. The neighborhood has a ton of good restaurants and (dive) bars that make for an authentic Seattle experience. It is, however, a bit far from downtown. Only ten minutes if you take the Monorail but half hour walking. A cab ride is about $6. I will definitely stay here again next time I visit Seattle. I would also recommend the Queen Ann to anyone traveling on a budget who still enjoys a comfortable and clean room.

The hotel has that old time feel to it. With that being said they need to update the rooms the showers are for shorter than avergae people and parts of the bathroom were in need of repair. It was great that it had its own little kitchen and fridge. Parking was limited to 11 spaces and cost $15/day it was located near some great places though. I would recommend it if you are on a budget and you dont mind walking to see attractions as seattle gets spendy on parking.

We were in Seattle for a concert at Key Arena, the location couldnt be better. The room was small, but comfortable, our room had two twin beds... we were shocked to see that it also had a fridge, microwave and even a stove top. Excellent value & location and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Definately great for the budget concious, traveler... my only beef was the construction, they started banging away at 6:30 across the street, but you cant hold that against The Inn at Queen Anne...

We have stayed here before and always find our room clean even though it is an older building. Great location and price. Great neighborhood with good restaurants and close to downtown.

A good budget hotel which is located very close to the Space Needle and monorail. Walking distance to restaurants. Staff very friendly. Old but very clean. Only complaint, shower pressure poor!

Very friendly staff; 3 floors with NO elevator (schlep all the bags up narrow stairs); kitchenette with no microwave; no in-room coffee (this IS Seattle!)

We went to Seattle to visit the science fiction museum. I was looking for a place close to the Seattle Center, but not too pricey. The Inn at Queen Anne was perfect! We had a lovely view of the space needle from our cute little kitchenette, the staff was very helpful...and the soaps they have there are ADORABLE...and organic! I recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Seattle

A great old building, well located for Seattle Center with Downtown and most areas in a short walk. Clean and tidy but rooms could do with a renovation as now somewhat tired and could be described as shabby.

The oven did not work. The guidelines to use the oven and the microwave should be offered.

Excellent location if you want to be near the opera house or other activities in the Seattle Center (not to be confused with the centre of Seattle). Several bus routes go past the door; monorail 5 mins away. The room had a small kitchenette with oven, rings, microwave and refrigerator, and crockery/cutlery, and there is an excellent supermarket nearby, so self-catering is an option. Would stay there if I visit the opera again.

I was very pleased with this place--which is a cozy boutique hotel and not a bland link in a chain--and will stay there again when I go to Seattle. There is no free airport shuttle, which means either paying $45 one way for a taxi/town car or packing light so you can take the bus. I had serious luggage this trip, but that was okay. The people at the front desk were very friendly and helpful, the room very quiet and the location excellent, with a great choice of restaurants. It's also close to bus lines and sightseeing spots.

Not what we expected, no elevator, poor seating for very modest breakfast and cost for phone calls was the dearest I have ever encountered

Hotel is oldish but room was very pleasant. Simple breakfast and coffee available for at least part of the day. Location a brisk walk from city centre. Range of tourist/city/tour/sightseeing information available on display was very poor and it took us a while to get our bearings. Otherwise a pleasant stay and we would return.

i can say this hotel is really nice because it has kitchen (and there is a supermarket across the street) and wired internet access at each room. Only thing that i regret is this hotel is a little bit far(about 10 minutes by bus) from central downtown, but still good since i could see the nice scenery like space needle and the beautiful sea from the hotel.
