it was a nice and clean room, but too much noise outside didn't let me sleep.

We didn't know what to expect - our room was the corner room next to the elevator. The room was clean and the flat screen TV was a surprise. The bed and pillows where horrible - rock hard pillows and the bed springs didn't offer any support - I felt like I was on a hammock with a rock under my head.

This hotel wasn't great at all. We paid an arm and a leg to stay here and it was one of the only hotels that was available during our stay since there was some sort of convention going on. The hotel advertizes free parking but when we arrived the guy in the front desk made us park in a no parking zone since there was no parking left. When my family was walking into our room there were people outside smoking out. My family did not feel safe. Th e room was simple and smelled dirty. The hand towel in the bathroom looked like it was already used and re-hung. The next day, I asked the housekeeping lady for a new towel and she would not give it to me stating that our room was next to be cleaned. I told her that I did not want our room fixed and we left a 'do not disturb' sign on our door. When my family came back from going out for the day our room was fixed! We were furious because she ignored our sign and we clearly didn't want our stuff to be touched! And to top it off, she gave us less towels than what we had when we arrived. I made a complaint to the front desk but he didn't even seem to care. I know this is what a get for trying to save money but next time u ever visit SF I will pay at mior to stay somewhere decent. I will never go back to this hotel.

This is my second stay at Broadway Manor in San Francisco, the room was clean with all the amenities that include refrigerator, microwave, wireless internet service, and free parking. Location is very good, within the heart of downtown San Francisco, can be walking distance to all tourist spots and business areas. Staffs were very nice and helpful and can provide you with maps and suggestion on where to get transportation. And the best part of all was the price that no other motels in the area can beat. I'll sure will recomment this motel to everyone.

Fantastic stay - on a busy corner but rooms were well insulated from the sound with thick glass and heavy doors. Room was clean, elevator up to 1st and 2nd storey helped those with heavy luggage. Close to Fisherman's warf, union square, lombard st (only 15mins walking to in all directions). Room was clean and new TV with free wifi internet. No breakfast included but Subway is only a 3mins walk away.

Charged $0.50 for calls without response. Impossible to regulate hot/cold water. Noisy room on second floor near Van Ness Street. Overall didn't see why there is AAA approval.

The Broadway Manor Inn is an average hotel for the price. The location was great. It's a short drive to Fishermans Warf, around the corner from China Town, Lombard Street etc. Parking is tricky. It's free which is not easy to find, but there isn't always enough to go around. Pulling into the underground parking lot, most cars will scrape bottom. Get there early & use the side gate off Van Ness or the small lot in front of the office. My primary complaint about the room was the smell. It smelled damp and musty, so much so that I bought a can of air freshener to cover the odor. The other complaint I had was the bathroom. It was very small and did not have a working exhaust fan, which may have been the cause of the damp, musty smell. There is an old fan with the power cord dangling but no where to plug it in. If you're not looking for a luxury hotel rather a clean place to sleep after sight-seeing, then this is a good choice. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

This palce is on the main road. Rooms close to the road are noisy. It is relatively cheap though and transport is close at hand. Good location for restruants. Steve R. Sydney Australia

Room was clean; WIFI didn't work at first but a quick call had them reboot their server and all worked well afterwards. Very good for the price. Certainly no 5 * place, but good value.
