upon arriving we were met by the first challenge of getting in as we had a late checkin the hotel was locked up even tho it said 24hour reception when we got to our room the cuttlery had not been cleaned and the glases someone had spat in there and it had dried yuk the hotel reception staff are amazing and went out of our way to help us 10/10
