Infinity By Ameristar Hotel Santiago Guest Reviews
Infinity Suites did not accept our confirmation and transferred us to another hotel at the same price. No one from Infinity Suites spoke English and so we had a difficult time conveying our disappointment and desire to stay at Infinity Suites. Instead we were dropped off at Windsor Palace Apartments. We were given three single beds, no cookware, three cups, three spoons, one knife, and two plates for three people. Overall, a very disappointing experience with Infinity Suites. I tried to call them three times and they never returned my phone messages.

Price is good, rooms are comfortable, building is new, located downtown, a couple of blocks from the subway. Reception service was deficient. Due to overbooking I was transferred to another hotel of similar quality but I had to wait a long time for that and I had problems in accessing my room. I had to complaint strongly for the receptionist to help me solve the problem. Recommended with reserves.
