I had to stay here as I couldn''t secure other hotel room in Bangalore. The hotel lobby and room were better than what I expected though I still find the price too steep for the qualities presented. Breakfast and newspaper was complimentary though the former was simple fares. The room has a damp smell which one needs to get use to. The room I had has a spearate living room and bedroom and the bathroom has a large tub. One bad thing about the hotel is that its staff don''t call a meter taxi for you and instead directs you to its travellor''s desk which charges ridiculous prices for its services. And almost everyone there expects tips for everything they do for you, regardless of whether it is essential or not. Overall, I find my stay at the hotel a depressing one though, luckily, it was compensated with good companionship by my colleague. If you want recommendation on whether to stay at this hotel, I say keep it as one of the last option.

On the night of 25/66 September, other guests decided to have a very loud party on my floor. This party started at 3.00 am and continued right through till dawn. There were lots of shrieking women so I really think that some business men had brought some women in.<br><br> Four phone calls to the service desk failed to achieve any response. The night manager said that it was "people coming in from outside" and his attitude was that I should just accept the situation. <br><br> When I pay professional rates for a hotel, I expect professional service. At least one part of this service is the expectation of an uninterrupted nights sleep. I had to turn up to a client meeting the next day with the benefit of a whole four hours sleep behind me. It was terrible. What upset me most was that I had asked for the hotel staff to do their job but they failed to even try to do so. But I had to do my job the next day at full professional level.
