Supadio Airport is a small airport in Indonesia. Serviced flights go to destinations in Indonesia, Malaysia, and Singapore. The airport was first built in the 1940's as a small domestic facility. Supadio Airport is located outside the city. The most popular way to get around in Pontianak is by taxi. They are everywhere, especially around the airport. Supadio has car hires within the airport. If you choose to drive, remember that traffic can be heavy. Most car hires come in the form of minivans. Some hotels will also provide shuttle service to and from the airport.
