Getting There & Around
The Bhuntar Airport in Kullu is about two hours from Manali, and can best be reached by private taxi. Many people come from Delhi by bus, which takes about fourteen hours. Trains can also be taken but it still involves a long bus ride.
Public transport is not very good, so most people get around Manali by taxi or by hired motorbike.
