Very friendly and obliging staff. They go the extra mile to fulfil the guests' every whim. Certainly worth a stay.

My wife and i checked into Impiana for 3 nights. Very good location, a well laid out property having its own beach front. If you want to be just outside the busy beach and city area this is the right location just 5 min away. In a place like kho sumai you dont spend much time in the hotel room but it is comforting to return to your room. The service seemed to be a little superficial, warm on the face but not in the execution.

bathrooms need to be updated. lot of mildew in bathroom areas bad paint work. no windows and very poor lighting. sheets and towels not 100% white. poor english by staff. Did not understand basic things. poor reception skills. but friendly. Did not answer reception phone after 11pm at times. No room service after certain time. Had to argue with them to send dessert after main meal as ice cream would melt. Bed had wheels on it and kept sliding. when leaning on bedrest to watch tv. this was a deluxe room to. overall good exterior and common areas of the hotel but rooms not up to deluxe standard.

It doesent get much better than this in this price range,exellent beachfront hotel,reccomended.

Great Resort, very nice. They are just in process of remodling to make the hotel nicer and more accomedating. The staff was super nice and extremely helpful.
