The hotel is clean, the staff are nice, responds to requests efficiently and accommodating, the hotel is centrally located. What more could I say....its a good place to stay. Definitely value for money.

near night market..goods food drink can find and price not over 30 us$ is ok.

Breakfast is not available. But do not expect much less (book here because I want to eat breakfast. Before boarding), towel getting old and worn without money. Chiang Mai offers a good selection.

Imm is a great services hotel with cheap cost. New hotel compare to nearly hotal. Location is opposite to Sunday walking street(Tha-pae gate) First floor is noisy from breakfast zone in the morning. Should choose second floor at least. Have Mcdonal shop in front of hotel.

Price is acceptable. Location is very good if on sunday night you would like to chill out on walking street nearby. Very bad thing is smell of toilet. I think there is some problem on flow of used water in pipe.
