the only drawback is the carpeting was a little old. however the cleanliness overall made up for it. ideal location for exploring istanbul.

Hotel was good until the second morning when sewerage started to flow into the breakfast room from the two airconditioning units on the back wall. The staff quickly cleaned up the mess and from the trucks outside the hotel I suppose that it was a matter beyond their control. However one cannot rule out the risk of Cholera in a situation like that so we ate our remaining two breakfasts at a cafe up the road. Otherwise we had absolutely no complaints about the hotel facilities or the staff, although the cleaning people failed to see a dirty coffee cup on the stairs for 3 days until we pointed it out to them.

The hotel is very fine for pricing, location and service. The hotel stuff is very polite and helpful. Several times I asked for any advice and every times I got useful answers. The hotel is close to famous places in Istanbul and tramway station in 100m. Next time I will stay there again.

the hotel have no parking. and the parking prices near the hotel about about 40 lira. which mean about 25 Euro for day, to add to the price of the hotel. the rooms are not 4 stars levels. the hotel sent me to the old building, infact that may be the motive for which the price is low. Hotels in turkey are cheap, i dont advice anyone this hotel, yes is good area, but expensive area, and hard to arrive by car and taxi are expensives in turkey for because also benzine is about 1.75 for lt. I advice to find other other that have parking, if you go by car or plan to rent a car, and maybe pay little bit more but get a decent room, in other hotel, i remember the room, are not of real 4 stars, even a 3 stars at least may be more decent.

An typical 3 star hotel (not worth 4 stars) but very noisy. We tried several rooms over 6 nights but little improvement. Thin walls and single glazing. On tramline so good location but noisy (especially with construction all night) Good full breakfast. Internet available but usually busy.

Enjoyed the stay in the hotel however there were some construction works nearby which sometime made the room very noisy.

It's a nice hotel and the location is great. The staff are helpful. It's not very clean, I expected it to be better than this. The lift is too noisy and old. If you are looking for a cheap hotel it is a good one, but I guess if I go next time I will not stay there, I prefer a more clean place.

Friendly staff. Fantastic Location. Trams, buses, and the best; the port of Eminounu, all boats and ferries. But for good food stay away from the local restaurants, just a bunch of cut throats.. Will definately go again..

It would be really stupýd to pay the normal prýce of 60 Euro for the sýngle room I had. Except for the locatýon ýt ýs really not a great deal. You can fýnd around Sultanhamet the same type of room for half the prýce. Wýth a fýfty procent reductýon lýke I had through [your website] ýt s ok.

We were disappointed that the bar had an ad that said "buy 1 get 1 free" displayed all around the reception and in the bar but we had to ask for this offer as they were going to charge for our second drink. otherwise everything was ok

The hotel is well situated, near tram. Rooms are very small including bathroom. Lighting is very poor. It is reasonably priced and barebones. The managers were polite and helpful.

It is worth for its price. Nicely located at the center of the bountiful old town. Near to Sultan Ahmed mosque, Ahia Sophia and the harbor. Receptionists are helpful. Simply, it is just ok.
