Very friendly staff, room very good and clean. Hotel only 10mins walk from town center.

We had a pleasant stay in this hotel but the breakfast is not that great. Also the rooms do get very hot so we had to keep the window open and it was only 2 degrees outside.

The hotel was excellent value for money having looked at other hotels and prices for the New Year . It was clean warm and friendly. It was a fair walk back uphill from the attractions but did not spoil the holiday. Would stay there again if we ever return.

rooms very small,check in saff not nice or helpfull,room we were given on frist day not clean,smoke smell,2nd room was not big for 3 people ,very cramped,will not stay again

Very clean and spacious rooms, and well located for Wenceslas Sq, which is about a 10 minute walk away. The rooms don't have any of the usual room facilities such as fridge, hair dryer or safe, so that is my only gripe. The included breakfast is not bad, perfectly edible and the setting is nice and airy. Staff helpful. Would stay again.
