Great location, a short drive to shops and restaurants. Quiet location with clean and fresh rooms. Really good aircon and a descent size fridge. Excellent breakfast included in the room price. Would recommend for good value for the money.

A neat, quiet, clean Hotel to stay but unfortunately we copped the epitome of poor Australian service in the frumpy, joyless, pig that was manning the bar in the afternoon and then looking after breakfast the next morning. You know the type that exudes misery and negativity like a foul smell. Her rudeness and unfriendliness is an embarrassment to the Hotel chain and reason enough to not bother with this place. A person truly indicative of the phrase " beauty is skin deep but ugliness goes right to the core"!

We had recently stayed a couple of days. We had an issue after taking a nap on the first afternoon with noise. They immediately moved us to better much quieter room. The staff were prompt and kind. Breakfast buffet was good too!
