Ibis Old Town Hotel Prague

Very near to old town square, next to a giant shopping centre with near 200 shops, great comfort staying there, definitely will stay there again if visiting Prague .

Good location that closed to old town and metro or tram. A fashion mall with food court is also closed to hotel that provide variety of food. The breakfest is good too and the room is large so you don't have to worry waiting for seats.

5 to 10 minutes from all the great Prague attractions. Hotel is clean and the room is just what you need to rest after a long day out. Breakfast was great. Hotel staff can be more knowledgeable about public transportation but in overall they were great. Will recommend to others.

First time visit to prague, booked on behalf of party with much impression. Location excellent for city sights. Staff very friendly, rooms smallish but more than sufficient. Beds extremely comfy. Breakfast excellent, if require lunch because hungry one can only blame self. Glad ordered taxi for airport transfer as would have been difficult to find on first visit, as many streets alike and one way. Thanks for lovely stay. A jarvis,West Yorkshire. U.K.

Excellent location near the Old Town but also a short distance from Wenceslas Square & The Jewish Quarter, & within 100 metres ofa metro station. Friendly, helpful staff & clean, well equipped rooms. Breakfast available from 6.30am until 12 Noon! Good choice of breads, cereals, hot and cold food. If I ever returned to Prague, I would stay in this hotel again & I will be recommending it to friends.

1) My wife and I had a long flight from Singapore to Prague via Amsterdam. We arrived at the hotel at 10 am and hoping to check in and to rest. Reception at the front desk saw our documents. Hed acknowledged our booking but said nothing further. I was puzzled and asked him why. Only then he told me that check-in time could only be done at 2 pm and that I should come back later. I did not insist on early check-in but found his attitude not very customer friendly. In the end, my wife and I went for a walk without refreshing ourselves and only came back to check in the evening. 2) There is no electric kettle nor hot water flask in the room. When we asked for hot water from the hotel staff, their reply was not very helpful. They asked us to request hot water from the bar. In the end, we got it from the bar but had to carry it back to our room in a mug. Attitude from the staff at the bar was not enthusiastic either. (Note: I need the hot water to go with my medicine.)

This was an Excellent Hotel but the only down side is that i found the little touches like a bottle of water and a shower cap for the ladies did not exist! Every hotel i have ever stayed in had a bottle of water and i think if you wake up in the night thirsty, the last think you will touch is tap water. Apart from that, prague is beautiful and over all a nice stay !

I missed bigger "bowl"-plates for breakfast. Like "soup-plates".. the ones that were there were small so you had to take two of you wanted yoghurt. But other than this, everything was very good! :D
