Couldn't be happier. Excellent location, the staff were wonderful and helped with information etc., the room was clean, comfortable and with all the amenities needed. I enjoyed my stay very much and shall return.

Good value hotel and very handy to Etihad Stadium, where we saw Coldplay. Easy walking distance. Parking is not far from the hotel and is really no hassle-$20. $20 each for breakfast is fair, but could offer a room with breakfast as an incentive to book.

Look the hotel met my needs. However i was placed in Room 313 and as I found out when I got back to the hotel it is next to a nightclub. Well you could hear the thumping music from the nightclub and during the night and early hours of the morning I got woken up from noisey patrons leaving the nightclub. If I stay at the hotel again I will ask for the other end of the hotel and the Spencer side of the building.

I found the staff to be very friendly and pleasant. The room was very clean and comfortable and it was just minutes from my train at Southern Cross Station. I would recommend this as a place that is good value and the location is fantastic.

This hotel is well situated on the edge of the business district of Melbourne and is reasonably priced for business travellers, who are just looking for a bed in a "no frills" hotel. I would not recommend it for tourists as it is poorly located to shops and attractions and doesn't have many facilites to make for an enjoyable holiday experience.

A pretty standard Ibis hotel. A very convenient location near Southern Cross and Skybus. More helpful staff than most similar grade hotels.

The location of this hotel was great for our visit. It is close to Southern Cross Station and trams but in Little Bourke Street away from the noise. We stayed in a Superior room and had the buffet breakfast. Compared to other hotels we have stayed in the breakfast was of a high standard. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. We did ask for details from Reception about which tram to catch to get to a certain location, the staff member was very helpful with the instructions and maps etc, although did tell us the wrong tram number! We would definitely stay here again.

Small but nice rooms. Convenient locaton for me and very quiet for a Melbourne Hotel. Lots of restaurants and pubs withing walking distance. Handy to the Etihad Stadium and Southern Cross Station. At $109 it is good value for money but the Docklands Travelodge is better.
