A very comfortable overnight stay. Rooms were spotlessly clean. Bistro food and service was excellent. Easy check-in and check-out. Very convenient to the city. Would definitely stay again.

A double room with only one chair provided;much dust on most surfaces that were not in your face;I am still waiting over 24 hours after departing for a complaints form that was requested in writing on a form provided by the hotel to be sent to my email before departure, this was also requested orally on checkout and supposedly typed in by reception in my presence. Shower is so small that in turning I was burnt by hot water as tap unsuitable for full-figured male and small shower recess. Not all local free to air TV channels available.

Room we stayed in was very clean. Bed sheets were soft unlike some which are rough. Many places to dine out. Only a few minutes walk to the Glen shopping center.

Happy with the hotel and will stay again. I did not like parking fees for a location more than 20 kilometres from the CBD and surrounded by free after hours shopping centre parking. Also the two single beds were virtually touching as the hotel squeezed two single beds in the space of a king size bed but there was space in the room to separate them.

Good location in outer Melbourne suburb. Close to shops and transport. Will stay again.
