Location
The Ibis Yogyakarta Malioboro is located in the very centre of the business district of town. It is only 10 km from the International Airport, and a short walk from the railway station, making it easy to get around from the hotel.
Rooms
All of the 148 guestrooms have air conditioning, phone, minibar, cable TV, and coffeemaker.
Restaurant
Between the La Bars and the La Table Restaurant on site, your food and drink needs are well taken care of. The restaurant tries to use seasonal, local produce whenever possible. There is an all you can eat breakfast buffet served until 10am to help you start your day right. The central location of the hotel means that you are within walking distance to many restaurants, bars , and cafes.
General
There is a safe deposit box for your use at reception, and internet connectivity throughout the Hotel Ibis Malioboro. The Gembriraloka Zoo is only a few minutes away, and makes for a great afternoon for both kids and adults.

Ibis Malioboro Hotel Yogyakarta Guest Reviews
The best feature about Ibis Yogyakarta is its central location. It's right next to Malioboro Mall, 5 mins from the station and shoppers will love it as it is next to everything. The rooms are the typical Ibis type, clean, although they did not have any non smoking rooms left so if that is an issue be sure to specify it when booking. There is free wifi but it is a bit hit and miss and frequently disconnects. I would happily stay at Ibis Yogyakarta again.

it's a good hotel.. near to the shopping centre, clean, friendly staff.. i'll definitely go back there when i Yogyakarta again...

That was my first time in Ibis Jogyakarta, and even if it's just for transit en route from East Java back to Jakarta, it was a pleasant stay. Breakfast was plenty of choice, taste excellent, and location is very good. Disadvantage things: lift too small. I got room right opposite the elevator, and the corridor is too small people crowds in front of my room. Anyway, I enjoyed the stay and will stay there again if I have the chance.

The food here is superb. The breakfast buffet unbelievable for the price. I also ate dinner here and this was magnificient too. The internet stations in the bar have a good value for money (20.000 rupiah for unlimited usage). Try to there when it is happy hour in the bar and you''ll get two drinks for the price of one.
