Ibis Hotel Sydney Airport Guest Reviews
Overall the hotel was poor to average, definitely overpriced. Rooms small and outside aisle and room air conditioning noise was very noticeable. In the morning I was covered in bed bug bites as a reminder of my night. On check-out I complained to the staff member showing him the bites on my upper arm as example and he passed it off as common occurrence by responding that he will let house keeping know. No apology given, pay up and leave attitude.

Ok hotel on the cheaper end of the scale at Sydney airport. Very close to both terminals, can even walk to Domestic if you're keen. Rooms are quieter than Holiday Inn despite been closer to the runway and a lot cheaper. Best airport hotel is definitely the Stamford. Ibis is good value for money though

This hotel is very conveniently located, near the airport and within easy access to the Mascot train station for a quick whizz into Sydney central. The shuttle to the airport is also very convenient and having access to food 24 hours is a big plus. The rooms follow the Ibis formula and are clean and efficient. The only downside is the lack of soundproofing, otherwise this is a good choice for a short layover or break.

It was a nice hotel close to the Airport & train station to get to Downtown Sydney. I recommend using the train as much as possible, a lot cheaper than a cab and safe.
