This hotel is ideally situated for Queen Vic Market, within walking distance. Hotel reception staff were extremely helpful with everything. Computer access great. Tram system is close to hotel. This is the 2nd time I have stayed and it was great again.

In a very walkable location to the city sights, venues and transport. If I had to pick any fault, it would be that we would have liked more glasses in the room - very minor I know.

We were very unimpressed that the staff member who served us had no idea. when we got to our room it was not the room that we booked, on the web site it does not tell you that you have to pay for parking. all fees and charges should be up front on the web site.
