Location
IP Boutique Hotel is in the international shopping district of Itaewon in Seoul, near Itaewon Subway Station. Vacationers shop at Namdaemun Market, stroll along Cheonggyecheon Stream or hang out at Hongdae to unwind.

The boutique hotel has artsy rooms and suites with Wi-Fi access, 32-inch LCD TV, iPod docking station and en suite bathroom with Bulgari amenities, bathtub and bidet toilet. Suites have living room.
Restaurant

Stayed in this hotel with my newly wed for 3 nights on a shopping trip to Seoul. Location wise, fantastic, plenty of international restaurants/cafes within a 5min walking radius. Reaching the famous Myeongdong shopping district by subway is about 20min away. Coach to the airport is literally just opposite side of the street. Good in-room WiFi access. My only dislike is the dark corridors leading to rooms but that's minor compared with the overall experience.

Great location.Only 300 meters away from Itaewon Subway.Plenty of international restaurants on the street where the hotel is situated.Airport bus 6030 stopped just right in front of the hotel (opposite) the street. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Concierge service is available to store luggages temporarily.

The hotel was very good in all aspects (above my expectations). It was clean and trendy. The only thing that I didn't like was the gym. It lacked some basic equipment. But its okay, I didn't stay there for the gym. For people who want to have day tours, IP Boutique Hotel is perfect since most of the tours will drop by IP to pick up guests. The manager, Daniel, was very kind and accomodating. I would definitely stay in this hotel next year when I come back to Seoul.

Location is reasonable, 3 ~ 5 mins walk to subway. The design of the Lobby, Lift and the room was very good. Good service in front desk, I took overnight flight and arrived hotel at 7am and I just think of droping my bag and go around. And I did not request early check in but they give me the room! Just one thing if the bathroom can add some curtain will be better! other than that, is great!

Note: Bathroom is a glass box and the lights are bright. When the bathroom lights are turned on, the whole room is illuminated which may disturb your room-mate. Other than that, quirky and modern ID and very dim corridors may appeal to some. Location is convenient with a minimarket just next door and subway a few minutes walk away. F&B and shopping are nearby too.
