Location
The Hyundai Residence Seoul is 30 km from Incheon International Airport. The hotel is within easy walking distance of attractions like the Myeongdong Cathedral, one of the earliest examples of Gothic Revival architecture in Korea. It is also near the National Theatre of Korea and Jongmyo Temple a Confucius shrine dedicated to early Korean Royalty.

The cost for a jumbo taxi to the hotel is 80000won. We booked a family room and it was very spacious even with 4 big luggages placed around the room. Hotel staff are friendly and can converse in Mandarin and English. Although a bit far from the train station (10-15mins walk), the location is very near the shopping areas. Overall, at the price given, it is a great place to stay.

Hyundai Residence was a great hotel, Staff were friendly and the location was excellent. I really enjoyed the roof top gardens and looking over the city while having a beer from the 7 -11.

Our taxi driver also had hard time locating the hotel, I asked 6 taxi drivers at the taxi stand, they all shaked their heads. Luckily, the taxi stand manager knew the hotel and told the driver how to get there. Other than this incident, we really enjoyed the hotel, it has all the amenities that we need, we could cook in the room when it rains, do our laundry & free wi-fi. No fancy food around but if you want to experience real Korean food, this is the local area. Some of the electrical outlet in the room are not secured on the wall so be careful. :):)

This is by far the "cleanest" stay. The apartment is well kept, bright and rooms are big and spacious. This is my second time using this apartment so i will come back again. The staff can speak English and Mandarin so its easy communication and they are very polite. Location may not be so convenient but it is still within walking distance to the subway.
