This is an older hotel and looking a little tired in places but rooms are big, beds comfortable, airconditioned, a decent pool and breakfast and easy access to a quiet beach which is unlike the busy main Ferringhi beach. The cheap clean airconditioned buses to the city, airport and main ferringhi strip stop in front of the hotel. The hotel price is a fraction of the bigger resorts so don't expect 5 star for your money, but it is a comfortable stay for the budget conscious who aren't too fussy about perfection.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The location is great, about 12km to Gurney Drive and located strategically in Batu Ferringi.

lovely stay staff even do an evening clean of the rooms and turn down thebeds the mark of a top hotel service great breakfast great loved it will be back next year

We reach the hotel at 12.30pm and glad to find out that the room was ready to check in.Normal check in time is 3pm.The room was pretty good but the air conditioning in our room doesn't cope well with the sunny day. Other than that everything was good.
