Hyde Park Apartments London Guest Reviews
I booked this expecting a serviced apartment in a block of serviced apartments with a reception counter. No reception counter, no details on where to collect keys, just a sign on the door. "Read the fine print - collect keys from 55 Inverness Terrace". A 15 minute cab ride away. Not the sort of thing I expected or would tolerate on a business trip and something not clearly spelt out in the booking. The room itself was basic but sufficient. Certainly no wi-fi access as indicated and I am not sure in which world the bathroom would resemble "luxury". For the money it was OK but seriously, for a business traveller, this will not be on my list of "hotels/apartments" to stay at in future for a personal trip with family - maybe.
