This is not the caliber of hotel experience that I expect from a Hyatt. Much of the staff was indifferent. There was no concierge. The bathroom layout was very awkward. It wasn't horrible but certainly not typical Hyatt quality.

very central to much that downtown Toronto offers.Rooms are good.Avoid the Hotel buffet breakfast--very overpriced.
