Hyatt Regency Suites Palm Springs Guest Reviews
Location is outstanding, right in the middle of all that is Palm Springs. Only negative was valet staff was NOT on the ball. Called for my car and when I went down 20 min. later, they had not retrieved it from the garage. Took another 15 min. of waiting. When we returned from dinner, no valet person out front. I had to leave my keys at the front desk and hope that they would park my car. Hotel did take valet costs ($20 a day) off my bill, but still anoying.

A most impressive facility with excellent staff and high service values. May well be the best full service hotel in Palm Springs.

Everything was great. The only thing missing was a towel hanger in the bathroom. This is the first time that I've stayed in a luxury hotel that we had to lay towels on the bathroom counter because there was not a towel hanger to be found. Otherwise we liked it.

above average hotel. excellent all around service. beautiful pool And poolside service. would definitely stay when in palm springs. please be aware that there is a $15 a night parking charge.

Hotel was very clean,enjoyed eating the free snacks offered during happy hour. Only problem found was carpet right outside the bathroom was soaked, and it was a non smoking room but it smelled like somenone had been smoking in it.
