A hotel of this class and with roomprices that high should not make up for bad economi by charging $ 21+tax for parking. They also charged for using their computer. Much less fancy places give it for free. We have the feeling this Hyatt wants to come across as a fancy place but couldnt deliver th goods Needs an upgrade to meet the expectation one have on a Hyatt

This hotel has something special for you!! It is a group of pros at their best with an proven method how to take our money and how to us and give us zero for it. 1. The hotel is a two star motel, you have to walk a 10 minutes from the lobby to your two story motel bank, at the shiny dark green waterfront. 2. It is 8 miles from the beach or any attraction at all, yet alone food of any kind besides their behind food for 7star prices.  3. Office center of coarse at the minimal fee of 33$ per hour. Even to confirm your trip, a 12" screen and you have to stand with micro printer. 4. No shuttles what so ever, take a taxi the helpful front desk advises you. 5. You have to walk in the rain and muddy grounds to you sleep hole 10 minutes minimum. 6. Breakfast of coarse cereal  and fat old muffins for the minimal fee of 25 dollars per person. 7. Don't be fooled by the tight behind owners firari parked out front, all others must pay 30 dollar a night to park at this rat hole. 8. Do not look under your bad, a wet plastic rapper and 3 cigarette buds were found. 9. Gym is rusty beware don't touch anything you will end up at hospital. 10. Home depot showers with cold water only. 11. Second hand 25" tvs exactly, with the backs missing and electronics exposed. 12. The locks don't work, an old tattooed man with belly ring appeared in our room at midnight, when confronting the front desk they said the locks work good and he was just confused. Yeah yeah, me and my bff tiny girlfriend slept like babies after that... 13. No channels all you hear is sssss, ssss no signal, hotel says it's because of the sunny weather. 14. $12 for a hot dog. Enough said and yes it does taste like brown left behinds. 15. AC makes lots of noise but no cooling. 16. food deliveries refuse to walk for three miles with your goodies to the 'beautiful dark green leafy water bank, so get dressed and go pick it up at the front desk, you wanted food didn't  you? In conclusion do not fall for price line or this hotels marketing, they are the worst pros of all. Nigeria 411 cannot compete with them. RUN AND NEVER LOOK BACK, and I have been 37 countries and over thousand states and islands, this hotel has amazed me. Beware this will RUIN YOU VACATION OR TRIP.

Surprised to see the larger size of the room and very pleased.Had to ask for more than one bar of soap and facecloths--delivered quite promptly. A great view of the marina and a great value for the money. Staff was most accommodating when my friend asked for help wrapping a gift for me!!! Would certainly stay there again.

This a great location if you are cruising out of Ft Lauderdale as it is very close to the peirs. The hotel is nice and very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The room service food was very good, however, the staff it seems to have had difficulty understanding English and did not send us what we ordered. We were there on a rainy day and were awoken in the morning by someone using a leaf blower to dry off the passage way outside our room, which went on for about half an hour :( . I felt the price of the room was a little high for the room we were given as we were not in one of the tower rooms with a balcony but would probably stay there again.

There are more rooms than in the tower shown. They open to the outdoors on the ground floor but they're either facing the pool or the canal with huge beautiful yachts. Great place. Staff is excellent. I'd go back.

The location was convenient to the airport. The hotel itself was a bit rundown. We were in a room in the middle of a courtyard. Also the room smelled.
