Hyatt Regency Philadelphia At Penn's Landing Guest Reviews
I can be a critical person but our stay was great. The reception people were very friendly as were the valet people. We walked to mosulu one of local great restaurants. The views of Philly and the river were great.

A lovely, modern hotel with gorgeous views of the city and water. Walking distance from Society Hill and South Street. Will definitely stay here again!

the hotel is nice and in a nice area of Philly although it is a little bit farther away from UPenn which is where I was headed. Still, while it was comfortable, the major issue was that when I ordered room service, I found a hair in my food. I actually found it when I was just about done, so I figured, oh well, sometimes these things happen. It definitely was not mine because I have long hair and this was very short. So you cAn imagine how I felt when I turned to dessert and once again there was another piece of hair in my food! I got dessert replaced, but they didn't do anything else for me! No reduction in the price for room service, no complimentary anything! What poor customer service.

[...]was great at check-in. Breakfast credit was included. the buffet quality was impressive. 3-quarter view of the waterfront from room; great by day and night. Easy access to I-95. Comfortable bed.
