Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. We were able to check in early and they gave us options as to what kind of room we wanted and we got one with a view of the Eiffel Tower, was very happy with that. The panoramic bar is fantastic, has the best view of paris.

No where close to a 4* hotel. Small rooms, outdated interior (Club room), old small TV, no coffee-maker, no iron in the room. Mini-bar empty and refrigerator off. 22 EUR for a drink (even beer) in a bar.

Convenient particularly if flying into Paris from CDG as the Air France bus stops just beside the hotel. Is linked via a upscale mall to the Port Maillot metro and rail station too. The hotel itself is one of the few tall buildings in Paris so a direct view of the Eiffel tower (particularly from the Panoramic Bar at the 34th floor) is a distinct plus. Expensive though. Opted not to go for the 33Euro breakfast and instead go to one of the many restaurants just in front of the hotel.

I was amazed that the double bed was made up of two single bed covers. I asked for this to be rectified and to make up the bed as a double to no avail. The rooms are quite small but adequate.

Impressive breakfast spread, very private dining area and very attentive waiters. Asked for a good view, and got the BEST view of the Eiffel Tower! The fantastic view made me forgive them for the pre-90s interiors. Will I stay here again? Of course!

I greatly appreciate the support and helpful service and care we received from Armel (guest Relations). While we faced problems in the room space as honeymooners we received very special attention and care from the club officer and the guest relation Armel who responded effectively to our complaint. I perceive Armel as an asset to the hotel whose efforts helped in retaining guests in booking at hotel next time. Bravo Armel and thx Hotel Concorde Lafayette, our honey moon as very special at the hotel.

Service was professional, the room was fine and the location was perfect for my needs. However, I had to queue for absolutely everything, including 20mins for breakfast.

The only problem that I really had with the place was trying to get to it. It was basically behind the Arc de Triumph and there was a major traffic stall there. Other than that...it was excellent. Me and my girlfriend really enjoyed our stay there.

Good hotel. Attached to the convention centre, so very much a modern business hotel. It's so big it stands out as one of Paris's skyscrapers. But still peaceful and in an excellent location.

A good hotel with an international atmosphere. Good location. We enjoyd our stay. Was a bit dissappointed over the fact that the swimmingpool was not located at the hotel. It belongs to a externat gym, where children was not allowed!

Excellent hotel with stunning views across paris. Restaurant served good food and staff were very friendly. Location good, only 20 minute walk to arc de triomphe. Large shopping mall and metro station adjoined to hotel. Would most definitely recommend this hotel and would return again.

Due to the high season (New Year Eve), we had waited at the front desk more than one hour to check-in. However, many toursist conductors got access to short-cut to check-in (they didn't stay on the line!!!), many private guests were upset about it (it seems that hotel accept this king of manner.) We stayed in the superior room, but it was smaller than we expected. (same or even smaller than the standard room we stayed last time).
