This was the best location for us. Next to airport but no loud airplane noises. Staff was great, food was excellent. No pool but we were not looking for one. I would stay again!

the room had a motel like ordinary door. The bathroom doorknob had hit a hole in the bathroom wallpaper. The room had good interiors but it was kind of stuffy with weird shaped room edges. Internet is $ 9.99 for EACH device. That was a loot in my opinion.

Nice room, decent bathroom but the standing shower was a little small. Service was fine although there was a short line to check in, a little annoying considering I arrived after 11pm.

The hotel was nice the meals at their restaurant are very pricey. The room was nice, larger enough for two, apart from an odor that was initially present in the room it was nice and comfy.

The Hyatt was very nice, and clean. Staff was friendly, and for the most part, stayed out of the way. They let you explore and didn't always ask if I needed help, which I didn't. The room was very spacious with a unique layout, not the typical box. Nice view, big windows and a pretty comfortable bed. If anything, the room was too big for the price! Restaurants were good, courteous and fairly quick. Parking was ample and the downstairs lobby is perfect for waiting for a ride to the airport, big windows and comfortable seating. Note: The aesthetic of the hotel is mostly concrete, mostly modern. If you like a more down-home, country style, this is not the place for you.

It was great. We were allowed to check in early, our room was clean, comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. In-room safe and mini bar, iron AND ironing board, very comfortable beds. Quiet. Convenient parking. We were very pleased.

the hotel was very nice, it was clean and the staff was helpful. parking was free and it was conveniently located near the airport. additionally it was close to the train that takes you directly into the city for about $2.25 per person and you do not have to wait in traffic. cant beat that!

I went to a BIIIG weekend seminar. When I arrived I noticed that my room was smaller than I thought it would be. I reserved for a King size bed which had a nice decorated theme with most of the decorations of the room. I thought that when I ordered a King size bed I would get a King size room which was not the case. My room was on the corner of the hotel which was surprisingly really like a corner cylinder shape of an old castle. It would have been SOOOO cool if my room was on the non-sunny side of the hotel because it was SOOOO hard to catch up on my sleep after the flight during the daytime. One WAALL of my room which is facing the sunny side is LITERALLY A WHOLE WINDOW!!! which allowed SOOO much light INSIDE that it was hard for me to go to sleep ON the bed and even INSIDE the CLOSET!!! ( I was SOOOO unhappy when I arrived :( partly because I am the kind of person who needs the whole room to be dark in order to sleep well ) I was also hoping to have more of a nature view from my "wall window" but I was sort of disappointed to just only see one tree :( on its own small square plot of land. How sad! And the rest was just mostly buildings and cement. At least I had a unique view of the sunrise Sunday morning. I noticed that my bathroom was small too. I thought because I got any room including a King size bed room I thought that I would at least get a bigger bathroom and a tub with a shower nozzle. But nope :( It was a small bathroom with a small non-tub which is just the standing shower stall :( But at least the bathroom and the rest of the room (to me) was high end with some kind of wood inside the bedroom, a long sitting bench with a cushion on top right in front of the King size bed so I can sit or put my things on top. I LITERALLY was able to use my bench and my King size bed as tables : ) because of so much space :) The bathroom had high (to me) end marble tiles AND soap, shampoo, conditioner and I believe lotion as well. I didn't have any more towels and soap so I requested at the front desk how to get more towels and shower soap. I was told that someone can bring it to me to my room. Sort of soon after I arrived back inside my room I heard a knock. I opened up the door and a male (I forgot his name but thank you whoever you are) brought a whole stack of soaps, shampoos, conditioners, and I think lotions too in a plastic bag as well as a stack of towels probably of different sizes. I was SOOOO hooked up with a bag full of cleansers and towels that I couldn't use ALL of the towels AND I ended up bringing the rest of the leftover cleansers back home as suveniers to my family. The soap had Ginger as one of the ingredients and had small half balls on one side of the soap which had a certain effect when showering : ) There was almost HOT water but at least was hotter than the "hot" water at my house : ) It was sort of hard to get a hang of the 360 degree turning to adjust to hot water. It was SOOOO nice to have a hot shower which helped wake me up AND it helped me with my headache : ) SOO Goood. I had a problem when I was about to pour hot coffee inside an empty cup that is used for hot coffee I noticed that there were Red streaks and dark streaks or stains which led me to believe it was USED :( because it looked like coffee drinking through someones lips with Red lipstick :( So I notified the front desk as I was checking out. [...] But overall, it is a good experience which I will ALWAYS remember as my VERY first "High end but small" hotel room (which is actually the title of my pictures that I sent by my phone to my family : ) I'll be back to stay and I will KNOW what to do next time WHEN or around the time I stay : ) Enjoy. Oh by the way, their seminar room is HUUUGGE!!! ( and I wished I took a picture of the MASSIVENESS of it!! : ) and there WEREN'T ENOUGH wall outlets so I can plug in all my stuff ! ( I ran out of allowed typing space for hints so one more is th

What a super hotel. the room was very well outfitted. WE stayed in the exscutive suites section of the Hyatt Regency O'hare. The beds were not too soft and not too hard they were as Curly-Locks said JUST RIGHT. The staff were great, not one complaint about the service. I ate at the American Grill and the service and food were top notch. What a great experience. I will definity enjoy staying there again.

The hotel was clean but the age was catching up with it. The housekeeping crew kept getting lazier and lazier as the pillows left on the floor increased with each passing day. And the way the bed was made looked more and more like a 6 year old did it. The soap and other ammenities were replaced in a haphazard fashion one day getting lotion the next not. One day getting toothpaste one day not...

My wife and I went into Chicago a few of the days, it was nice to have convienent access to the train and bus systems. A more comprehensive guide to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment available in the area at the hotel would have been nice. The hotel staff were extremely nice and helpful rooms were nice and clean. However, its expensive to do anything at the hotel. $10-15 for 24 hrs of internet is a bit steep in my opinion, room service was a bit expensive as well. To buy or use most things at the hotel were on the expensive side.

We usually stay at the Hilton across the street, but we decided to give this one a try since we are very happy with our experience at the Hyatt Regency in Schaumburg. The front door attendant was quite rude and we immediately regretted our choice. Since we couldn't cancel the reservation, we headed to our room. To our surprise, the room and the bathroom were very small compared to the Hilton. We generally like staying at Hyatt hotels, but will avoid this one in the future.

I was there for a bodybuilding competition. As a competitor on a strict diet, it was disappointing that a microwave was not available in individual rooms. There was one room designated for all competitors to use a microwave. There was only one microwave available for 440 competitors! I requested a refrigerator in my room 2 weeks prior to my trip. Upon arrival, there was no refrigerator in my room and it wasn't until early next day when one was provided for me. I had to make 2 phone calls and speak to 2 other employees personally before the issue was resolved. The pricing at the hotel snack shop was not very reasonable. Despite the great expense of virtually everything at the hotel, it was a comfortable place to stay in terms of being quiet with good service (once the refrigerator issue was resolved).
