Staff were extremely helpful and courteous during our stay. Very clean room and the king bed was soooo comfortable! Good location a short stroll from the river and nearby restaurants. The one thing I didn't like was we didn't receive complimentary wi-fi, it cost around $12 a day.

great getaway trip to milwaukee, just to relax and enjoy the city, the hotel was great only to mess it up by paying for the parking, hotel that big should take care of those little details and I bet they will get a lot of customers back again.

Stayed 1 night so we could head to Summerfest and catch some live music (and great food). It was nice to have a valet at the hotel - no worrying about parking at all. Hotel room was clean and nice, and the staff was very friendly. They helped us find the best way to get to/from the festival ground (which were very close).
