I'm giving this hotel 4 stars basically based on the helpful attitude of its staff. Rooms are reasonably clean and tidy, and very spacious. However, there was misunderstanding between the agent and the hotel and I didn't even get the room in Hyatt for my first three nights in Mexico. It was a terrible experience since I was travelling alone for the first time in a foreign country. Fortunately the staff at Hyatt were very helpful and tried their best to deal with the situation for me. I'm in general satisfied with the service in the hotel, but I must say I'm disappointed with this agent as a whole. Please note that if you order this hotel through here, most likely breakfast and wifi will not be provided in the room for free.

The hotel is centrally located and is near to shopping malls and is a safe area.

The buffet had a good selection of native food, tasty and healthy food, my favorite was the red and green juice! Clean, comfortable and a friendly atmosphere, great service from the hotel staff. I definitely recommend it to my family and friends.
