It is indeed with great pleasure that I am sending this letter to express my sincere appreciation and thanks to the following persons.Your front desk staff, Mr Bernard, Mr Mark, your concierge Mr Sabri, Mr Raziman your security Mr Mohamed Tahir your housekeeping Mr Masum, your maintenance department, not forgetting Mr Thakur, and to everyone else that has assisted me of who’s names I may have not remembered a very big heartfelt thank you, to all of you, from the bottom of my heart.I must also mention that when I followed up on my booking from South Africa, my queries were answered and I was, assisted by all within that department, so thanks to you guys also.I have been on tour since the 5th of December, staying in KL, Langkawi, and now Kuantan. As a disable person travelling believe me it is not easy, but I have to say that when I arrived in Kuantan on the 15th of December at your Resort, it was a completely different experience all together. 1. Quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel, housekeeping staff also not well-trained 2. Customer services need to be improved. Lack of training of new staff, supervisor also not working with a smiling face.

Very pricey for a hotel on the East coast side of Malaysia. Don't understand why the room rate does not include breakfast. Pool's so noisy. On weekends the entire waterfront is crowded. If you want peace and quiet, don't ever come here!

Service was very good. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. My only wish was that the internet facilities could be made cheaper.
