Overall a lovely hotel in beautiful grounds. The rooms were slightly disappointing for a five star hotel. I felt we were given a room with an unattractive view. The only thing that realy dissappointed me was that the children''s club which is advertised as a facillity, if you wanted to use it you were charged by an hourly rate.

Most definitely recommended. Staff was knowledgable and very helpful. Staff was always smiling and pleasant!!!

The spa unfortuntately backs onto one of the bars, which tends to make relaxation difficult. Also a limited choice of bars/restaurants in the hotel (although the concierge made good recommendations for local restaurants). Overall a good hotel well located for Borobodur, Prambanan and Yokyakarta.

Conveniently located from airport. Can provide airport pick-up and car rental services to tourist sides. Good facilities, e.g. golf course and swimming pool.
