Set close to the banks of Swan River, Hyatt Regency Hotel is situated on the eastern edge of Perth's CBD and shopping area. Wonderful hotel, great staff, loved the late night room service. Had an upgrade to river views as it was our 26th Anniversary and the room was spot on. The hotel is so close to the centre of town we were easily able to walk to Dome for breakfast, Myers for shopping and the Murray St Mall for everything else. Took taxi for very short journey to Burswood - staff were so efficient in organising transport there as well as valet service for the car. Would recommend the Hyatt to all.

excellent central location, exceptionally clean, upmarket amenities, great food and wonderful staff - I want to move in permanently! We will definitely be back :)

The Hyatt is a lovely hotel, the staff were wonderful and service provided was great. We were upgraded to a river view room for free which made the price of a room slightly more bearable. It seems to be a common afflication in Perth, that the hotels are all expensive.

After being upgraded we were very pleased with the magnificent view. Champagne and chocolates were an even greater surprise after settling into the room! A very valuable experience that we look forward to next year!

Friendly reception staff who asked if there was a particluar reason for our stay and then gave complimentary upgrade when told celebrating wedding anniversary. Room was excellent. Loved the openness of the interior of the hotel and really enjoyed the lounge area which was excellent for relaxing in and having coffee/drinks. See you again!
