Excellent service and great facilities. Staff are fantastic and love the pool and spa wet areas. Very accommodating with late check-outs. Was able to upgrade my room only booking to Regency Club level for around USD 70 and this included breakfast, cocktails and snacks from 6-8pm, free WI-FI and teas coffeees throughout the day.

The Hotel Hyatt is excellent, staff are very helpful and friendly. We had a wonderful time. I will recommend anyone to use this hotel and above all please book it through asiahotels.com. The service we got was second to none. It was excellent and outstanding.

Customer service is outstanding. It is as even better than the the Shangri La in Thailand, which always wins a place among the top 10 hotels in the world. Lovely hotel in all respects.
