The BED IS good and comfortable. The staff is very nice.

my wife and i liked it. The lobby had a vegas type atmosphere. My room had a very nice view of the city.

Room temperature control did not seem to work. No extractor in bahroom. mini bar not stocked. Would have been good to have the use of a fridge. Window not clean. Location very good. bellhop too insistent fishing for tip.

My wife and I spent three nights at the Hyatt Chicago and it was a great experience. We were upgraded to Club Level all three nights. The staff were friendly and service oriented. The housekeeping staff were great. Would definitely return in the future.
