The Hyatt was excellent, very clean, very good food, location was perfect. I stayed 4 nights and paid about 125-130 all together per night. I thought it was a good price....

Great stay. Loved the great fitness facility. Staff was friendly, only complaint was not the hotels fault, couldnt get a cab that takes credit cards.

It was only a night stay. room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant food was good.THe shuttle service to near by subway station was very helpful to us who are not familiar with boston area.

Stay here a lot on my way from Europe to the west coast. Stay a couple of nights, have some meetings and head on. Rooms are good - standard Hyatt fare which is generally pretty good. Staff are always friendly and anxious to please. My cleaner could have been a little more diligent and five bucks for the bottle of water in the room is at the high end. Restaurant is good although a little limited in the menu department but all in all I stay here because it is consistently good, friendly and clean.

It's a really nice hotel, good view and nice service, but no free wifi Internet, also the location is not good.
