Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort & Spa San Antonio Guest Reviews
My daughter is stationed in Texas, so when I decided to spend the Christmas weekend with her I wanted a place we would never have to leave. Our room was really large and the staff could not have been nicer. The free internet was great for a young person who had been away from FaceBook for several months too. They had smores in the lobby and the holiday decorations were beautiful. The ONLY problem we had was the room service food.... something gave us food poisoning. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

The resort is a great place to stay. All of the employees are very friendly and courteous. The food was very good in the dining facilities. As business owners we travel a lot and I would recommend the resort to anyone.

My daughter and I wanted some girl time after she finished her first year away at college and this was perfect. It has been several years since I've been a guest here, and I was delighted to find it is still such a great experience. The staff was wonderful - they think of everything, and are so gracious and professional. The only down side was the stressed-out-looking landscaping - probably drought and water-restriction related, and the Lazy River area needed to be cleaned up after what looked like a busy Father's Day weekend.
