Hyatt Regency Dearborn Guest Reviews
Hotel was excellent as usual! The room was clean and the food and staff were first class. Had stayed there last week of September this year for owners conference. Nice to recognize same pleasant people working there.

I had to change my room as soon as I've checked in due to children being "playful" as they are in the adjacent room. I had to call and request a phone call to upstairs from children to stop jumping so I could work that evening. Rooms are small for a king size and badly designed. Bathroom are smaller and seriously outdated - definitely the original install since the hotel was opened to service. Next morning when I went to the restaurant to have a fixed rate at $19 self serve breakfast, I have been asked to pay it up even before I get my breakfast. Then, when I got up to get my toasted bagel, it was cleared before I came back to my table. I have left an envelope for someone with some papers to be picked up from the front desk, they couldn't find it when it was claimed. The next day, I have insisted it to be found. After a lengthy search they found it. It was opened and stapled again (there four staple holes on my papers instead of two as it was left it originally). There is one coffee shop which closes at around noon. Will not stay there again.

After getting to our room we found the lights were not working properly. Since we were only staying overnight we did not think much about it but in the morning when trying to take a shower, the shower did not work. The hotel gave us a credit for all the issues but I would say it was pretty uncomfortable

Hotel was nice. Not many choices to eat in the area besides the mall.

Great locatiion/price for a tourist seeing Detriot. Bar drinks were a little expensive. $14 for a thin medium priced scotch on the rocks & no entertainment, But the room was nice and service was friendly.
