The cleanliness of the shower. I checked in and took a shower in which I discovered several strands of hair on the wall and on the floor of the shower in my room. Discused it with the front desk and also a day later with the supervisor and the best answer I received was, when you check in next time call me directly and I will make sure your room is thouroughly cleaned to your satisfactory. Da!!, it was suppose to be that way from the beginning. I was thinking your next stay will be half off or something. Not satisfied with the results from the staff.

I stayed here on business due to the convenience to DFW and my meetings. Wi-fi was an additional fee and the connection was extremely slow. I couldn't get much work done. The hotel room was extremely comfortable though. The service was excellent.

Very nice, newly renovated rooms. Decent price when layover was required. Wasn't really there long enough to learn much about the rest of the hotel, but the room was comfortable and served the purpose!
