Hyatt Regency Crystal City at Reagan National Airport Guest Reviews
Attending funeral at Arlington National. The hotel is a great location for all to meet. Personnel were very helpful, and worked at making our visit relaxed. Just one suggestion, fitted sheets for the beds. I would be pleased to stay here in the future.

Perfect after a very full day. Staff's wonderful attitude made all the difference.

stayed here due to location, really nice hotel, has a roof top restaurant.. Great location, safe neighborhood. Only two complaints.. Why does a really nice hotel charge premium price for the internet. Then 25 dollar a charge for parking is madness.. Although that was my two complaints

This was a very good hotel. Friendly staff. The only drawback I had is it doesn't offer free Wi-Fi service, a little disappointing for such a high end hotel. We ended up just going across the street to McDonald's and used their Wi-FI. The location was great though, 10 minutes away from all the DC monuments and museums and just a half hour away from Mt Vernon.

The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was responsive and polite. The initial price of the room seemed very reasonable for the DC area, however, anything beyond that had an incremental cost beginning with Valet parking at $25/day (or nearby parking for $20/day) to the $5 bottle of water in the room. Since we were there over the holiday the main restaurant was closed. Unfortunately we didn't see any notification of that (on the website or in the hotel) until we tried to access it in the elevator and subsequently went to the front desk to explain we were having trouble getting up to it and asked if there was a problem. I don't think I'd stay there again. It wasn't bad... it was just "ok".
