Just a small get-a-way for Christmas, and my experience just blew me away. I was very pleased with everything from the location, to the room size, the view, the service, oh yes and the food. My best reguards at this very special time of year, because surely they made me feel, Very Special.

Nicely renovated hotel/ Parking fee is extremely high/ Room Service is not at par of a 4 star hotel. over all rating is average!

I thoroughly enjoyed my visit at the Hyatt Regency in Atlanta. It is centrally located and the conference facilities were outstanding. The room I stayed in was recently renovated and although a little small, it was very comfortable and welcoming. I wish we would not have been as busy, so I would have been able to relax in my room more! The only thing that I found challenging was that one has to pay for the WiFi connection (about $13 for 24 hours access), but then can only use it in the room (not in the rest of the hotel). This was problematic for some presenters who were hoping to use multimedia presentations. I was able to conveniently take the train to the airport for $3.50 (as the concierge for the schedule).

Hotel was impeccably clean, room was beautiful. Staff went above and beyond to keep us comfortable, very friendly and professional. Treated us like royalty. Hotel within walking distance of several retaurants and entertainment. Really enjoyed the Hyatt Regency will definitely stay there again.
