Hyatt Place UC Davis Hotel Guest Reviews
I was attending a weekend seminar at UC Davis so the location was perfect for me or anyone attending a conference on campus. It's right on the south edge of Davis and in walking/biking distance ~.5mi from the center of "downtown" Davis. This is an excellent alternative to avoid the traffic and expensive parking in town. This Hyatt is priced a little high for the size of the rooms. The hotel was very clean with friendly staff. There are new touch screens in the lobby and bar area to check in/out on and order food. While this is convenient it can make finding an actual person a little difficult in the off hours. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

I was there on business. This is my second time to stay at this Hyatt aftert being recommended to stay at the best Western. This is hands down better. It's one of the nicest Hyatt Place I ever stayed at. Beds, pillows and covers are great. Nicee size rooms. Good desks. The ONLY weak point is not full size restaurant, but the breakfast was very good. 100% will stay here again.

Attended a wedding and our stay from the beginning of check-in became a disaster. Booked into a room that was already taken. Double charged for one night on one credit card. Charged on a card that was not swiped on arriving (this card was only used to reserve the room) It has been over a week and the hotel says there is not record of it being charged. the credit card company talked to them and said it was charged. I am still waiting to get this reversed and put back into my account. I have to file several papers to get it taken care of.
