I flew into to town to attend my graduation. The hotel sucks!!! The floor had not been vacuumed in what seems to be months. There was a year's worth of dirt and dust built upn along the walls. The faucet was filthy. The bathroom wall had something on it...poop, if you ask me. They attempted to give me a different room but it was in the same condition. Complained to manager nothing happened, complained to 1-800 number nothing happened. I sent pictures to consumer affairs and within 20 minutes the manager phoned me to tell me about a room at a different location.
