SHUTTLE SERVICE WAS GREAT. EVERYONE WAS VERY FRIENDLY. WOULD RECOMMNED TO A FRIEND!!!!! THE FOOD IN THE HOTEL NEEDS IMPROVEMENT.

Awesome room and bathroom. Only disadvantages to the stay was that there wasn't a microwave or hot tub. Great location, walking distance to most Seattle sight seeing and shopping. I would definitely stay here again.

Ist room (2nd floor) over looked gas station parking lot where the local car stereo geeks congregated at 1 AM to compete. Staff complied with request to change room (9th floor) where the background noise from the roof HVAC was constant but tolerable. Off the free metro bus routes, 10 blocks from light rail, cramped parking garage at $!5/night, but very good free shuttle most anywhere downtown. Helpful, friendly staff, clean rooms, but bad breakfast: free stuff was limited and tasteless and they charged extra for everything else.

Room was a little sour smelly. Otherwise excellent. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Got a very good deal with flight tickets.

We spent a night in Seattle before going to Canada. The hotel had everything: large room, great bed, very generous breakfast, and free 24h shuttle service around downtown Seattle. Besides, it's located about two blocks away from the Space Needle and the EMP. Staff were super friendly.
