Hyatt Place San Antonio Riverwalk Hotel Guest Reviews
We enjoyed our stay so much; the staff was great. Out the back door and you're on the river; out the front and south to Southtown. We came especially to see the luminarias but, unfortunately, the rain washed them out - guess we'll have to try again next year.

We were greeted promptly upon our arrival and the staff was very courteous. Our room was clean and spacious. The only concern I had was the price was a bit high because it was the weekend for the Rock 'n Roll Marathon and Half Marathon, but I figure all hotels raised their prices that weekend. Overall, this was a great location and a very clean room. I would definitely stay here again!

Hotel was not as advertised or displayed. Pool was terrible, breakfast was worse. however, the front staff was outstanding.

The hotel has a very good location, easy to move around walking to the interest places Downtown. Free Parking is an excellent advantage of this hotel. And the hotel is very nice, so clean, confortable beds, nice view to the Tower, and in the back part to the river...... I really like for the price i paid.
