Hotel was chosen for its location. A bit dingy upholstered furniture. Free toothpaste!, but lousy soap. Reasonable value if you pay less than $100/day all in.

Hotel was very noisy cause of vacinity to airport. Air conditioner didn't work like it should. Pillows uncomfortable.

this lovely hotel is nestled between specialty shops , fast food chains, top steakhouses, and Airport. rooms are clean and comfortable. Elevators are a little slow and a stench of a sewer backing up was a annoying. This can be fixed! Overall , i always enjoy my stay

I travel once a month to San Antonio to visit my husband who is stationed at Fort Sam Houston. Last time I was very disappointed with the hotel I chose, so I opted for the Hyatt as it's close to the airport, the base and the Alamo Quarry Market which we love. I couldn't have been more pleased with my selection. The staff was so friendly, the continental breakfast was the best, our room was lovely and the location can't be beat! I'll be staying again in July. Keep up the good work!
