Was a very nice hotel. Kim was excellent. The only thing I would say was, while the kitchen area was set up great, the breakfast could of been better. Hampton Inn offers a ready to serve hot meal without having to order. Other than that it was excellent.

I went to Universal Studios several days. The parks were opened at either 8 or 9am and closed at either 9 or 10pm. The shuttle schedule was at 9:15 or 10:10am to the park and at 5:15 or 7:30pm from the park. So you still had at least 2 1/2 hours before the parks closed. Several times the shuttle was late and once it never showed at the park for return to the hotel.

I selected the Hyatt Place Universal because it is within walking distance to Universal Orlando Resort and affordable. The hotel was very nice, safe and clean. I didn't experience any problems. They even offer a free shuttle to Universal, despite being only 15 minutes away on foot. It was extremely affordable and the staff was very friendly. This was my third stay, and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

This hotel made our vacation a great one. However I d have like to seen a microwave in the room.
