Good; poor breakfast

I like this hotel, but it has had the same few faults each time I have stayed. The breakfast always seems to lack basic items - some days it's no fruit, other it's no jelly etc. Also the small fitness room has 2 running machines and one has been broken for my last 3 visits over 6 months!

The rooms were clean and the hotel is very pretty and well-kept. Some employees were very helpful.

What made this holiday for me was the exceptional staff at Amerisuites Miami Airport West. From scheduling of sight-seeing trips to Mall visits - these great folk were always willing to help and often went the extra mile - will definitely visit again soon :>)
