Location
Attached to the Lakeland Convention Center via a covered walkway, this property is three blocks west of Downtown and four miles south of I-4. Ideally located just 30 miles west of Tampa and 30 miles east of Orlando, this hotel is in close proximity to the Lakeland Linder Regional Airport. Both Disney World and Busch Gardens are less than 40 minutes away while Cypress Gardens is only a 30 minute drive from the hotel.

My husband and I are from Michigan and needed a place to stay for four days while he did some business and to enjoy some vacation time. We were very happy with this hotel. The room was set up well, with a separate office area. Everything was clean. The pool was nice. The continental breakfast saved us money while on our trip. The staff was very attentive. We went to the Clearwater beach a few times, only took an hour to get there. Otherwise we were about 15 minutes from everywhere else we wanted to go- Auburndale, Winter Haven, etc. We had one small issue: The first night, we were in a room by the exit door to the smoking area, where people went in and out all night smoking, talking and drinking. Worst part was, the door had a buzzer! We are not against people having fun on vacation, but it was a bit much- the room was 101. Management moved our room for the rest of our stay, no further problems! We strongly recommend this hotel!
